06 · § 60 VVG
Basis of advice pursuant to section 60 VVG
Section 60 VVG governs the basis of our advice, not the status-related initial information.
As an insurance broker, we generally base our recommendation on a sufficient number of insurance contracts and insurers available on the market, allowing us to recommend, on the basis of professional criteria, which contract is suitable to meet your needs.
If, in an individual case, a recommendation is not based on a sufficient breadth of the market, we will expressly inform you before you submit your contractual declaration about the restricted selection of insurers and contracts, the market and information basis used and the insurers taken into account.
